KCBS food contest representative

In March and June 2025, I participated in four BBQ competitions in Kansas, Texas, and Arkansas, training as a Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) food contest representative or rep to learn how to organize food judging competitions. Although KCBS is known for BBQ contests, there are 27 different categories of food contests that can be judged. I look forward to working with food contest organizers to hold KCBS-sanctioned food judging competitions in Japan. I am greatly indebted to the Rep trainers for sharing their knowledge with me.
