Grilled Christmas Turkey

In Tokyo, Turkey availability is somewhat limited but frozen turkey can be purchased easily online or at international supermarkets. It had been a long time since I cooked a turkey, so I spatchcocked it and grilled. I sprinkled KC BBQ rub on it and added garlic butter to the breast. It turned out fairly moist. I cooked it for about 2 hours at low temperature on a Weber electric grill.
