About the event
A KCBS Certified Barbeque Judge (CBJ) course will be held in Toyonaka, Osaka. The course will be conducted in Japanese. The course introduces the official KCBS judging system and helps participants understand how competition barbecue is evaluated for appearance, taste, and tenderness. It is suitable both for people interested in becoming certified BBQ judges and for competition teams who want to better understand KCBS judging standards.
Capacity: 15 participants
Course fee: ¥22,000 including course instruction, tasting meats, materials, and certification badge
